Open Arms

Medication-Assisted Program

Open Arms is a wrap-around program providing many services at one location. Our goal is client-centered treatment; helping individuals develop skills and providing resources through community collaborations needed to promote healthy lifestyles. Whether you’re struggling with addiction, mental health, family, individual issues or in need of a Primary Care Physician, OPEN ARMS can help. We provide a caring environment, in which you can identify and explore those issues that may be getting in the way of a more rewarding life, career, or positive relationships. The goal is to help provide you with the proper insights and tools you need to move beyond negative beliefs and risky behaviors.

Medication Assisted Treatment

(MAT) is the use of medications (buprenorphine), with counseling and behavioral therapies for the treatment of substance use disorders. A combination of medication and behavioral therapies is effective in the treatment of substance use disorders. MAT has been accredited to helping many addicts sustain recovery and finding a new way of life.

Primary Care Physicians

Our PCP provide regular medical care for patients. They treat generally healthy patients that come in as needed for management of illnesses, injuries, or long-term non-severe conditions.
